How to apply for financial support through ADMS
The Apprenticeships Data Management System (ADMS) is a platform on which Australian Apprentices (including trainees) can:
- Apply for Australian Apprenticeship Support Loans (AASL) and manage payment schedules
- Apply for the Living Away From Home Allowance (LAFHA)
- Complete claim applications for either the Australian Apprentice Training Support Payment (AATSP) or Key Apprenticeship Program (KAP) payments where they have been assessed as eligible
- Add their own bank account information directly into their apprentice profile in ADMS
Setting up ADMS and making a claim
Setting up your ADMS account requires a one-time ‘Connect and Confirm’. Once completed, you’ll be ready to claim eligible Australian Apprentice payments.
- Visit the ADMS website
- Click on the ‘Apprentice Login’ button under ‘Apprentices’
- Sign in using your myGov account or Digital Identity
Note: To sign in via your myGov account, your account must be linked to either Centrelink, the ATO or Medicare. To use your Digital Identity, you need to have a myGov account and a Standard Identity Strength.
- Enter your Apprentice ID (If you are unsure of this, call us on 13 6348) or your Unique Student Identifier (USI). You can find your USI here.
- Confirm your date of birth
- Enter the authentication code sent to your mobile or email
You’re all set! Once the ‘claim due’ date is reached, your claim application will be available to complete and submit.
- Open your claim from the ‘Claim Applications’ module
- Complete and submit your claim
