Dino, Coomera
When Dino moved to the Gold Coast away from his family, he was set on carving out his own career path. He started with casual jobs to build momentum, and with the expert support of Youth Coaches Tracee and Roz, Dino has just landed an exciting plastering apprenticeship!

Crystal, Southport
Struggling with depression and social anxiety, Crystal used to stay home a lot. But with Youth Coach Kiara’s support, she pushed through her comfort zone and scored a casual job at Dan Murphy’s. Thriving in her role, Crystal quickly climbed the ranks to become a duty manager, and now she’s out and about, connecting with customers every day.
Crystal said: “I owe MEGT a lot for helping me get back on track. There are so many people like me who feel lost, but with the right support, you can do anything.”
Isiah, Coomera
When Isaiah walked into our Coomera office, his vibrant personality was impossible to miss. Dreaming of a new career, Youth Coach Tracee encouraged him to dive into telemarketing. After landing a new job, Isaiah and Tracee visited Suited for Success to transform his look from work boots to professional chic.
Isiah said: “I've made friends, and have honestly never loved a job more than this one.”
