How it works
MEGT connects businesses with candidates, while job coaches help design roles which suit both the employer and candidate. Employers receive guidance and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
Yooralla supports people with disability to reach their employment goals by providing job skills training, while MEGT facilitates contact between applicants and the right employer.
Together, we work with the jobseeker currently employed in a supported workplace who is looking for open employment opportunities. We then work with the employer to ensure the role will suit the individual.
Tailored skills development and a commitment to workplace integration, coupled with ongoing support, helps ensure the best fit for both the employee and the businesses.
We provide advice and assistance with making reasonable adjustments to working schedules, the work environment or tasks to accommodate the specific needs of employees.
