What does a business administrator do?

Business administrators help with file preparation, task coordination, appointment scheduling, and customer service. Because there are so many different tasks, there is always something to organise, someone who requires assistance, documents to deal with, messages to respond to, and processes to keep track of.

Those working in business administrator roles let their communication and organisational skills shine as they support the day-to-day activities of the business. You’ll find administrative staff in offices supporting teams, leaders and looking after reception.
