What makes a great trainee?
We’re looking for young people who are keen to start their banking career. Our ideal candidates:
- Have strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Have good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Can work well in a team and can take direction
- Are reliable and on time, and have a positive attitude
- Have customer service or money-handling experience (preferred but not essential)
- Are happy to have a police check, as part of standard banking industry requirements
