You receive one simple invoice and get a general two-week return period if your circumstances change. And if your talent proves to be a great fit, you are welcome to offer them direct employment at the end of their qualification at no additional cost.

Each trainee completes a Certificate IV in Information Technology plus 3 Microsoft microcredentials. With 20 microcredentials to choose from, together you can tailor them to your business needs and your trainees’ career goals.

How it works 

Step 1 
Your trainee completes their Certificate IV in Information Technology while working in your team. 

Step 2 
Once your trainee has completed 19 of 20 units in their Cert IV (or has been studying for 12 months), together we’ll select 3 Microsoft microcredentials that meet your business’ requirements and the trainee's career goals. 

Step 3 
When your trainee has completed their qualification, you’ll get first choice to hire them (for no additional cost).
