Mentoring by MEGT
Research shows that effective mentoring significantly increases the chances of Australian Apprentices completing their qualification. That’s why it makes sense to unlock the power of mentoring to enhance your employee completion and retention rates.
At MEGT, our qualified mentors are dedicated to keeping your team motivated and on track. We offer personalised support tailored to help navigate a range of scenarios, such as:
Work and training support
- Navigating workplace hurdles. From finding their way in a new job to improving communication with you, we’re here to help.
- Time management. We share essential time management tips so your apprentice or trainee can balance work and study successfully.
- Literacy and numeracy assistance. MEGT works with your apprentice or trainee to ensure they are well prepared for off-the-job training requirements and assessments.
Personal support
- Mental health wellbeing. Our mentors can help apprentices navigate personal challenges, ensuring they stay focused and engaged with work.
